Best practices
- Add brand context - Use Memory to store your brand voice, key messages, and tone. Agents will use this when drafting.
- Review before posting - Always review agent-generated content. Edit for accuracy, tone, and compliance before publishing.
- One account per integration - Each integration typically connects one account. For multiple profiles, you may need to switch or use separate setups.
- Platform rules - Follow LinkedIn’s terms of service and content policies. Agents help you create content; you’re responsible for what you publish.
Disconnecting
To disconnect LinkedIn:- Go to Integrations in the dashboard.
- Find LinkedIn.
- Click Disconnect or Remove.
- Confirm the action.
Troubleshooting
LinkedIn connection failed
- Ensure pop-ups aren’t blocked.
- Try a different browser or incognito mode.
- Verify you’re signing in with the correct LinkedIn account.
- LinkedIn may restrict some third-party apps. Check your account’s app permissions.
Agent can’t post
- Verify you granted write/publish permissions during setup.
- Reconnect the integration to refresh the token.
- Some features (e.g., auto-posting) may require additional setup or may not be available. Check the current feature set.
Drafts don’t match my voice
- Add brand guidelines, sample posts, or tone notes to Memory. Reference them in your prompt: “Use my brand voice from Memory.”
- Provide examples in the prompt: “Write in a similar style to [paste example].”
- Iterate: ask the agent to revise with specific feedback.
