General refund policy
Minibuddies subscriptions are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to all plans:- Starter - $49/month
- Pro - $99/month
- Pro+ - 299/month
Why subscriptions are non-refundable
Subscriptions give you immediate access to Minibuddies’ features and resources. As soon as you use the service - even briefly - credits are consumed, integrations may be used, and infrastructure costs are incurred. These cannot be reversed, so we cannot offer refunds for used or partially used periods.You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.

Cancel your subscription
You can cancel anytime to stop future charges:- Monthly plans - Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
- Access continues - You keep access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds - You will not receive a refund for the current period you’ve already paid for.
Downgrade your plan
If you want to reduce costs without canceling:- Switch from Pro+ to Pro, or Pro to Starter.
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You continue to have access to your current plan until then.
- Your next invoice will reflect the lower plan price.
Upgrade or change plans
You can upgrade or change plans at any time. There is no penalty for switching. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.Exceptional circumstances
We understand that technical problems and billing errors can occur. In limited cases, we may offer compensation in the form of account credits or extended access. This is not a refund but a goodwill adjustment.When we may offer compensation
We may provide compensation if you experience:- Service outages - Extended periods when Minibuddies is unavailable or severely degraded
- Data loss - Loss of projects, chats, or data due to system errors on our side
- Billing errors - Incorrect charges, duplicate charges, or billing mistakes on our end
- Critical bugs - Issues that significantly prevent you from using core features

If you believe you’ve experienced a serious issue:- Describe the issue - What happened, when, and how it affected you
- Provide evidence - Screenshots, error messages, or other documentation
- Include account details - Your email or account identifier
