You can create your Minibuddies account using either Google or email. Both methods are secure and give you full access to the platform. Choose whichever fits your workflow.
  • Google - One-click sign-in. No password to remember; your Google account handles authentication.
  • Email - Sign up with any email address. You’ll receive a one-time code to verify your identity -no password required.

Create your account

Visit Minibuddies

Go to minibuddies.ai and click “Sign In” or “Get Started” in the top right corner. You’ll be taken to the authentication page.

Choose a sign-in method

Select your preferred option:
  • Continue with Google - Click the button, choose your Google account, and approve the permissions. You’ll be signed in immediately.
  • Use Email - Enter your email address and click Continue. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code and click Continue to finish.
Can’t find the verification email? It usually arrives within a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder if it’s not in your inbox.

Complete onboarding (new users only)

If this is your first time, you’ll go through a short onboarding flow:
  1. Profile setup - Enter your name and optionally upload an avatar. This helps personalize your experience.
  2. Survey - Answer a quick question about how you plan to use Minibuddies. Your response helps us improve the product; it’s optional but appreciated.
Once you’re done, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard.

You're in

You’ll land on the Minibuddies dashboard. From the sidebar, you can access Brain (main chat), Chats, Memory, Integrations, Calendar, Agents, and Settings. Your account is active and ready to use.

What happens after sign-up

  • Existing users - If you’ve used Minibuddies before, signing in skips onboarding and takes you straight to the dashboard.
  • New users - You’ll complete profile setup and the survey once. Future logins go directly to the dashboard.
  • Session persistence - You stay signed in until you sign out or your session expires. No need to log in every time you visit.

Select your agents (Starter plan)

If you subscribe to the Starter plan, you’ll be asked to select 5 agents from the available list. Choose the ones that fit your workflow. You can change this selection later. Pro and Pro+ plans include all agents automatically.

Connect integrations next

To get the most out of Minibuddies, connect the tools you use daily. Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Google Drive, and Google Calendar are popular first choices. The more you connect, the more your agents can do for you.

Troubleshooting

I didn’t receive the verification code

  • Wait a minute and check again. Email delivery can be delayed.
  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address.
  • Request a new code - you can go back and trigger a fresh email.

Google sign-in isn’t working

  • Make sure pop-ups aren’t blocked for minibuddies.ai.
  • Try a different browser or incognito/private window.
  • Clear cookies and cache, then try again.

I’m stuck on onboarding

  • Refresh the page. Your progress may be saved.
  • If the survey doesn’t load, you can often skip it or complete it later from Settings.
  • Contact support if you’re unable to proceed.
