# Pricing plans
> Compare Minibuddies plans: Starter ($49), Pro ($99), Pro+ ($199–$299). Credits, agents, and features for every team size.
## Overview
Minibuddies offers three plans to match your usage and team size. All plans include access to the Brain, integrations, and core features. The main differences are **credits** (usage quota), **agent limits**, and **custom agent creation** (Pro+ only).

## Credits explained
**Credits** are consumed when you:
* Send a prompt and receive a response
* Use agent tools (e.g., web search, integration calls)
* Attach and process files
* Use integrations (email, calendar, etc.)
Complex requests (long prompts, many tool calls, large files) consume more credits than simple ones. Your monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
If you approach your limit, we'll notify you. You can upgrade at any time to get more credits. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
## Frequently asked questions
### Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Proration may apply - check your plan management for details.
### What happens if I run out of credits?
You'll receive a notification as you approach your limit. Once you've used all credits, you may need to wait until your next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan for more credits. We recommend monitoring your usage in the dashboard.
### Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from one month do not carry over to the next.
### What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our payment provider. Payment is processed securely. Details are available at checkout.
### Is there a free trial?
Check [minibuddies.ai](https://minibuddies.ai) for current offers. Trial availability may vary by region and promotion.
### Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for the current period; see our [refund policy](/billing/refunds) for details.
